The course consists first of all, of a brief presentation of the material and safety aspects to take into account. Once these are described, we will carry out a couple of lifting tests on the beach and directly enter the water. In the water we will learn to maintain stability on the board, first on the knees and second standing, we will know the proper positioning of our whole body on the board, paddling techniques, changes of direction, etc. and of course, we will learn to move in a correct and easy way on the sea. After this class you will see how you return to land knowing how to navigate with the Paddle Surf board and, veteran's advice, wanting to discover those hidden places that the sea hides us, and more specifically our beautiful coast of San Juan de los Terreros.
