We have a range of different silent, relaxing electric boats available on the beautiful and sheltered Kerikeri river in New Zealand's Bay of Islands. Our boats are self-drive but an optional guide may be available if required. Our 7 seat electric launch "Akaroa" is perfect for large family groups and equally ideal for a couple or even to take out on your own. She is by far the easiest to steer of all our boats. Designed and built by Ruban Bleu in France, so we named her "Akaroa" - a little bit of France in New Zealand. She is brand new, purpose built to be the perfect electric hire craft. The steerable pod motor is completely silent and the steering is so good you can almost spin on the spot.
