Terms and Conditions - Minimum Age and Documentation The use of jet skis is prohibited for individuals under 16 years old unless accompanied by an adult. Identification documents may be requested for verification. Reservations made for individuals under 16 years old are non-refundable. - Identification Requirements The client must present the ID or passport of the reservation holder and the credit card used for booking. Failure to comply with this requirement may result in denial of access to the tour or charter without a refund. - Check-in and Refunds Check-in begins 30 minutes prior and ends 10 minutes before departure. No refunds will be issued if the client fails to check in within the specified time. - Right of Admission BOAT SERVICES 2024 SL reserves the right to refuse admission to the tour or event. - Prohibitions and Use Limitations Reselling tickets or using them for advertising purposes without authorization is prohibited. Subleasing jet skis is prohibited, and BOAT SERVICES 2024 SL is not responsible for any negligence arising from this. - Booking Conditions and Modifications Date changes must be notified at least one week in advance. All reservations are subject to availability. - Cancellation Policy Cancellations will incur a 50% penalty if made between purchase and 15 days before departure. Cancellations will incur a 75% penalty if made between purchase and 7 days before departure. - Force Majeure Clauses In cases of bad weather or other force majeure events, a new date will be offered or a refund will be provided, excluding the reservation fee. Any changes due to weather conditions or technical issues will be promptly communicated to the client. - Intellectual Property Use Any use of trademarks or intellectual property of BOAT SERVICES 2024 SL requires explicit authorization. - Client Responsibilities The client is responsible for any damage to the vessel during use, as well as any fines or administrative penalties that may arise. - Substance Consumption Consumption of drugs or alcohol before using jet skis or boats will result in immediate expulsion without refund. - Video and Sound Recordings The client consents to the recording of video and sound for promotional purposes. - Navigation Conditions Navigation is limited to the Ibiza and Formentera area, unless explicitly authorized otherwise. The client must have the appropriate qualifications to operate the vessels. - Deposit and Returns A deposit is required and will be refunded after verifying no damages. The jet ski must be returned at the specified place and time; otherwise, penalties will apply. - Jurisdiction and Applicable Law These conditions are governed by Spanish law, and any disputes will be resolved by the Courts of Ibiza. - Privacy Policy The client consents to the use of their personal data for processing their order, in accordance with the privacy policy of BOAT SERVICES 2024 SL. - Amendments to Terms and Conditions BOAT SERVICES 2024 SL reserves the right to modify these conditions at any time, informing clients of any changes made.
