The company is not liable for personal injury resulting from failure to follow safety instructions. 4. **Safety Regulations** – Life jackets are provided and must be worn as required. Passengers must comply with all safety instructions given by the captain. 5. **Prohibited Conduct** – No excessive alcohol consumption, drug use, or violation of local boating laws. The captain reserves the right to end the trip without refund if passenger behavior poses a risk to safety. 6. **Itinerary & Return** – The captain will determine the route based on safety and weather conditions. Charters must return at the scheduled time. Additional time may be subject to availability and extra charges. By booking, you agree to these terms and the captain's authority during the charter.
