Cancellation policy - What happens if I need to cancel my reservation? Daily rentals : free cancellation up to 48 hours in advance. Weekly rentals: free cancellation up to 5 days in advance * I didn’t cancel my reservation on time. What happens now? The owner will refund you 75% of the amount paid. - What happens in case of bad weather? Safety first! In case of bad weather we could cancel the booking up to 24 hours in advance. In this case the refund is full. - When is payment due? Payment is typically due at the time of booking. However, for weekly rentals payment must be made no later than one week before the start of the reservation. - What forms of payment do you accept? Cash*, intstant payment or bank transfer. * If you want to pay cash, we ask a 25% deposit. - What happens in case of late or no-show bookings? No refund, except for exceptional reasons (delayed flight or medical reasons) - Are pets allowed in the boat? Yes pets are allowed on Salt as long as they remain outside the boat. - Are nude cruises possible on Salt? Yes we allow nude/ naturist cruises for daily charter or weekly rentals. - Is smoking allowed in the boat? Smoking is not permitted inside the boat. However smoking is allowed outside on the deck. - Can I have access to the Internet even at sea? Yes there is Starlink on board.
