BOOKING MANAGEMENT CONFIRMATIONS Reservations must be made at least 30 days before the start date of the trip. Complete customer information (name, number of participants, age, preferences and restrictions) must be provided. Komuna Travel will confirm availability and issue a pre-booking valid for 5 business days. The reservation will be confirmed once the initial payment (reservation deposit) of 30% of the total value of the package has been received. Confirmations are sent via email along with details of the itinerary and included services . CHANGES Date or participant changes are subject to availability and must be requested at least 15 days in advance. An administrative fee may apply for larger changes. Changes requested less than 15 days in advance are not guaranteed. CANCELLATIONS Cancellations made 30 or more days in advance: refund of 90% of the initial payment. Cancellations made between 10 and 29 days in advance: 60% refund of the initial payment. Cancellations made less than 10 days in advance: there is no refund . Return Policies Returns for cancellations will follow the criteria mentioned in the return policy section. In case of cancellation due to force majeure (natural disasters, political conflicts, pandemics), the rescheduling of the trip will be offered without penalty or an equivalent voucher for future trips. Other Responsibility Criteria : It is not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by airlines, external ground transportation or other factors outside the company. Sustainability: All travelers must respect the rules of the communities visited and protected natural areas. Safety: It is recommended to take out travel insurance that covers accidents and cancellations . Initial payment: 30% of the total amount at the time of booking. Full payment: must be completed at least 10 days before the start of the trip. If full payment is not received within the deadline, the reservation will be automatically canceled and cancellation policies will apply .
