(Alcoholic beverages accepted). - The trip just included Ice, Sodas, Waters - If you want to include foods such as chips, shrimp Ceviche, guacamole, desserts or alcoholic beverages, it has an additional cost, ask for this service. Cancellation Policy: - No charge for reservations cancelled 24 hours prior to reserved time or due to inclement weather (rain, heavy wind, big waves, lightning, thunder). - Customer will be liable for the cost of rental if they do not email to cancel a reservation according to 24 hours cancellation policy. - NO SHOW or LATE SHOW = NO REFUND - All reservations are required to be done online. No reservations or cancellations over the phone. - If you have not received confirmation of reservation, your reservation is not valid. Guests are required to take care of their personal belongings on board and before getting off board. - The trip will not commence unless COMPLETE TRIP PAYMENT has been done. - If the Client or his Guests, at any point of the Trip, do not comply with the instructions of the Captain, our company reserves the right to terminate the trip with Immediate Effect without any possibilities of refund. - Please Note: for the 2-hours trip we don't go to Isla Mujeres and don’t snorkel but will go to Cancun Bay which is also a beautiful trip. - 2021 is the year of restoration of the yacht
