Jet Ski Rental Terms and Conditions 1. Eligibility - Renters must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver’s license. - All operators born on or after January 1, 1988, must have a valid boater safety certificate. 2. Rental Agreement - Renters must complete and sign a rental agreement before taking possession of the jet ski. 3. Safety Briefing - A mandatory safety briefing will be provided before operation. Renters must attend and understand all safety instructions. 4. Payment - A deposit is required at the time of booking. Full payment is due on the day of the rental. - Acceptable payment methods include credit/debit cards and cash. 5. Cancellations - Cancellations made 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior will incur a cancellation fee. 6. Damage and Liability - Renters are responsible for any damage or loss to the jet ski during the rental period. - A damage deposit will be held on a credit card and refunded after inspection post-rental. 7. Insurance - Optional insurance coverage is available for an additional fee. Renters are encouraged to purchase it for peace of mind. 8. Weather Conditions - Rentals may be subject to cancellation due to inclement weather. Safety is our top priority. 9. Operating Guidelines - Renters must adhere to all local laws and regulations while operating the jet ski. - Reckless behavior, including excessive speeding or unsafe maneuvers, will result in immediate termination of the rental without a refund. 10.
