Fuel is handled separate from cost. Have the liberty to go as far as you like. Weather Cancellations - Policy: Safety is our top priority. In the event of severe weather conditions, The company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule charters to ensure the safety of our guests and crew. - Rescheduling: If a charter is canceled due to weather, guests will have the option to reschedule at no additional cost. If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be provided. Late Arrivals and No-Shows - Late Arrivals: Guests are expected to arrive at least 30 minutes after the scheduled departure time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened charter duration to accommodate the schedule. - No-Shows: No-shows will result in the forfeiture of the full booking amount. We recommend contacting us as soon as possible if you anticipate being late or unable to attend. Safety Considerations - Safety Briefing: The captain will provide a safety briefing before departure, advising guests of things to be aware of and plans for handling emergencies. - Emergency Procedures: Our crew is trained in emergency procedures, and safety briefings will be conducted before departure. Guests must adhere to all safety instructions provided by the crew. Boat Rules - Alcohol Consumption: Moderate alcohol consumption is allowed. However, excessive drinking or unruly behavior will not be tolerated and may result in the termination of the charter without a refund. - Smoking: Smoking is prohibited inside the yacht cabin. Smoking in other areas is permitted. - Respect for Crew and Vessel: Guests are expected to treat the crew and the vessel with respect. Any damages caused by negligence or misconduct will be charged to the guest responsible. Other Concerns - Medication: The crew will not be allowed to administer orally administered medicine. Guests should bring any medicine they will need during the charter. - Environmental Responsibility: We are committed to preserving the natural beauty of The Bahamas. Guests are requested to dispose of waste properly and avoid disturbing marine wildlife. - Special Requests: Any special requests or requirements (e.g., dietary restrictions, mobility issues) should be communicated at the time of booking to ensure appropriate accommodations can be made.
