Rental Terms Weather Policy: Your safety and comfort are our top priority. If poor weather (storms, heavy rain, or unsafe conditions) prevents us from heading out, you’ll have the option to reschedule for a future available date or receive a full refund—your choice. We’ll stay in close communication leading up to your booking and make any weather-related calls with your safety in mind. Cancellations: Cancellations made at least 72 hours in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 72 hours may be eligible for rescheduling, but refunds are not guaranteed unless due to weather. Late Arrivals / No Shows: Please arrive on time. While we may be able to adjust slightly for delays, time lost due to late arrivals cannot be extended or refunded. No-shows without notice are non-refundable. Safety & Boat Rules: - All guests must follow safety guidelines provided by Captain Chris. - Life jackets are available and required for children 12 and under. - No smoking of any kind is permitted onboard. - No red wine—please help us keep the boat clean and upholstery stain-free. - No glass containers or illegal substances. - Please drink responsibly and respect the chill, family-friendly environment. Damage / Cleaning Policy: You are responsible for any excessive cleaning, damage to the boat, or missing equipment caused during your trip. We ask all guests to treat the boat with care so we can continue offering great experiences for others!
