1. Do not bring outside food or drinks on the boat (except personal medications) 2. Always wear a life jacket when on the boat and in the water. 3.Always check, make sure the equipment fits you properly and keep it close by before, during and after your dive. You will be asked to return the equipment at the end of the service, In case of loss or damage, the customer will be responsible for corresponding compensation. 4. Swimming; snorkeling and diving are only allowed in places where staff allow and instruct. 5.Comply with staff instructions including steps to use the service, laws, principles... as well as service usage time to avoid affecting other customers 6. Do not swim; snorkel and dive in the ship's immigration area or boat mooring area. Do not swim near the boat or while the boat is running or starting up 7. Do not touch or impact the coral reefs with any objects 8. Follow the law and strict warnings from officials 9. No exchange/return policy applies to this service except in some force majeure cases due to natural disos ters/epidemics... 10. Customers need to proactively wait at the pick-up point (staff will call to notify in advance). If the customer cannot be contocted or the car waits for more than 10 minutes at the pick-up point, the customer is considered to not be using the service.
