Additional Terms & Information
BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS BOOKING If you wish to book a trip, after having had confirmed availability, please notify us. You will then receive an invoice stating the amounts to be paid as deposit (30 % for overnight and 50% for day trips)) and balance. Also the dates when these amounts are to be paid are stated. If you require an original copy of this invoice, please state so when making the booking. The deposit is due no later than 7 days after the invoice has been sent. After depositing, please inform us of your payment. Upon receiving this payment we will immediately send you a confirmation. Bookings made less than 40 days before departure are to be paid in full. The balance of the invoice is to be paid no later than 40 days before the departure date. For day trips upon arrival. Late payment may result in your booked space not being secure, should in case of late payment, we be forced to forego your booked space than your booking will be seen as a cancellation and the relevant charges will apply. ALTERING OF A BOOKING Provided it does not interfere with our schedules there are normally no charges for minor alterations. Major alterations, which do interfere with our booking schedules, may be treated as cancellations and re- bookings and the relevant charges may apply. CANCELLATIONS We need to be notified of cancellations in writing. The date we receive the message is the one used in calculating the charge. The following cancellation charges apply: OVERNIGHT TRIPS If charter cancelled more than 12 weeks prior to charter 25% of charter fee Between 12 to 8 weeks 50% of charter fee. Between 8 to 4 weeks 80% of charter fee. Less than 4 weeks, 100% of charter fee minus Any time you cancel, there will be a 100 Euro administration fee. DAY TRIPS Less than 5 days prior to departure date – 30% of full charter fee charged. Less than 48 hours prior to departure date – 50% of full charter fee charged but 100% of charter fee for peak season. Less than 24 hours prior to departure date – 100% of charter fee charged.
