Cancellation Policy: 1. Once your reservation has been made, you cannot cancel the tour/activity, we wont give a refund, however you will have the option to move the date of the activity, just if is disponibility, with an extra cost of 15usd USD per person and the case of Marietas Islands a cost of 30 USD per person. 2. The company may cancel any tour or activity for natural causes or customer's unpunctuality. In case of natural causes, the date for the activity may be moved or 50% of the deposit will be returned, as will be given 10% credit.
