Whether you’re looking to disconnect completely from the busy rush of the city or have some fun on the water with your pals or family while immersing yourself in nature then this is the perfect trip for you. Camp in style while you relax and restore in nature while staying in our bell tents. Day 1: Meet in the early afternoon to prepare your dry bags (pack minimal as you will be paddling with this on your trip, like a true explorer) After going through the safety briefings, you’ll spend the afternoon kayaking along the river, stopping off for well-deserved ice-cold drinks at riverside pubs, before arriving at our secret secluded campsite for some BBQ grub and great conversations around the campfire. Located in a beautiful spot along the River Soar, you’ll set up camp and get ready for relaxation! Light up the BBQ and prepare for an evening of delicious food, campfire catch-ups, and chilling out under the stars. (Please note: customers supply their own BBQ food) Day 2: (+optional day 3 add-on) In the morning rustle up some breakfast, fuelling you for a morning kayak exploring Leicestershire's amazing countryside, before finishing in North Leicestershire at Proctors Park before heading over to the lovely riverside pub The Moorings where you can eat, drink & celebrate the weekend's adventure.
