You selecting and compensating the captain from GETMYBOAT directly. Their price is $125 per hour, which is separate from your boat fee. The captains will get paid directly from GETMYBOAT Our yacht is thoughtfully divided into three distinct entertainment zones - a sprawling deck, a spacious bow, and a homely cabin - ensuring every guest finds their perfect spot. The amenities further elevate your experience; enjoy our premium sound system, unwind in the living room salon, or escape to the tranquility of the master state room or aft cabin. Our fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator/freezer, and bathroom facilities ensure all your needs are met. As a token of our hospitality, we provide a complimentary cooler on-board. We are proud to include fuel, tax, and cleaning costs in your rental fee, and our BYOB policy means you can bring your favorite food and drinks! This charter is being operated as a bareboat charter.  Getmyboat will collect the Boat Cost and Captain Cost together when you book your trip, but as this is a bareboat charter you will be asked to select a captain separately who will be paid directly by Getmyboat to ensure compliance with current regulations. To ensure you have everything needed for a perfect day on the water, we recommend bringing: ✔️ Towels ✔️ Sunscreen/Sun Protection ✔️ Food and Beverages (We allow alcoholic drinks on board) ✔️ Music/Playlists (Connect wirelessly via Bluetooth to our premium sound system) Weather Policy: The safety of our guests is our top priority. Therefore, the Vessel owner or hired operator has the authority to determine whether weather conditions are suitable for chartering ("charterable") or not ("uncharterable"). Uncharterable weather conditions typically include, but are not limited to, heavy storms, small craft advisory warnings, gale storms, strong winds, and large waves. These conditions pose potential risks to guest safety and may result in a cancellation or rescheduling of the charter. On the other hand, light rain, passing storms, and cooler temperatures are generally considered charterable. These conditions may not significantly impact the safety and enjoyment of the charter experience. However, please note that the Vessel owner or hired operator will still monitor and assess the weather conditions to ensure they remain within acceptable limits for a safe and enjoyable charter. Upon securing your rental, we will will furnish you with all necessary directions, safety protocols, and a list of approved boat operator for hire for your Bareboat charter. If you prefer, you may bring your own USCG operator subject to the owner's approval. He/she would need their own insurance policy.
