PLEASE READ ENTIRE description below before making a booking request (10 Person Max Capacity) Anyone born on or after Jan. 1, 1988, MUST have a Florida Boating Safety Education Identification Card to legally operate a boat in Florida waters. If you have safety cards / certifications from other states they will NOT suffice. Failure to produce a valid Florida Boating Safety Education Identification Card on or before the day of rental will result in the immediate termination of the rental agreement without the possibility of a refund. You can easily obtain a temporary Florida Boating Safety Identification Card that is good for 90 days by completing a simple & cheap on line course. When submitting a booking request please provide the following information in the message or remarks section: ~The first name and age of the person responsible for the rental & it's operation. ~Is the operator of the rental born on or before 1 January 1988? If NOT does the operator possess a valid Florida Boating Safety Education Identification Card? IF the answer is NO then you understand that you must have an operator with a valid Florida card at the time of rental. Again, failure to produce a valid safety card from FL will immediately terminate the rental agreement without the possibility of a refund. Your rental includes 30 minutes of pool time before & after rental for all guests | Beach Towles | Yeti Cooler | 4 bags of ICE | Bottled Water | Sun Screen | Hot shower if desired to rinse off the salt | FREE parking for up to 3 vehicles Boat comes with SIMRAD with Navigation | Depth Finder | Premium Bluetooth audio with bass tube | portable camping toilet on board if needed This is a pleasure boat NOT a fishing boat, fishing of ANY kind is NOT permitted Rental OPTIONS are Full-Day up to 9 hours OR Half-Day up to 4 hours 25% Discount for daily rental rates during the week, Monday through Thursday for the months of May & June Full-Day Rate | $600.00 + fuel | 9 hour block - 8 AM to 5 PM - hours may be adjusted to fit your needs Half-day Rate | $375.00 + fuel | 4 hour block - 9AM to 1PM or 2 PM to 6PM - hours may be adjusted to fit your needs Rates are subject to increase for peek demand which included the 4th of July, Blue Angel & Labor Day weekends. Pick up and drop off location - the boat is dock side in Polynesian Isles subdivision in Gulf Breeze, FL 32563. This boat MAY be available for an alternate pick up and drop off location dependent on the day of rental and advance notice of booking. ADDITIONAL transportation FEES may apply regarding alternate pick up and drop off locations. Refueling - The boat comes completely FULL. Upon return you will be charged by the quarter tank for fuel used during your rental. The boat has a 40 gallon fuel tank - 1/4 tank use = 10 gallons | 1/2 tank use = 20 gallons | 3/4 tank use = 30 gallons | anything below 3/4 tank use = 40 gallons. Cost of refueling is determined by the cost of fuel on the day of rental. This boat uses Marine grade or ethanol free gas. The replacement cost per gallon is $1.00 over the cheapest price per gallon cost that can be bought in Gulf Breeze on the day of rental. Today's cheapest rate is $2.82 per gallon at Murphy USA. If you used 1/2 tank of gas during your rental or 20 gallons your refueling cost would be $3.82 per gallon X 20 gallons = $76.40 Your refueling cost is not added into your contract with getmyboat and must be paid either by cash, Venmo or Zelle at the end of your rental. This rental requires a $1,000.00 security allowance to be held by and refunded through getmyboat which covers the following: - Minor damages  - Boat towing - Unpaid refueling fees - Additional time tacked on to a rental  100% of your security allowance will be returned if there are no problems with the items listed above State and or Federal ID is required to be presented by everyone over the age of 16 at the time of rental. Anyone who is under the age of 16 or anyone who does not have a State or Federal ID must have a photograph taken the day of rental. This is for safety reasons in the event there is an accident to assist the Coast Guard or local authorities There is a 7 day cancellation period to receive a full refund. Additionally, I will refund you 100% of your rental IF the weather is horrible and or unsafe for you to operate the boat. This may be due to storms or wave conditions in our local waters.
