With Captain
Enjoy Miami from the waters! Rent a 37 for up to 12 people. Rates as low as $150 per hour and minimum booking of 2-hours. The captain is not included in the rates. The captain is to be paid outside of Getmyboat. If this is a larger boat then the captain's price varies. Pick up is Miami beach or Miami river. To be confirmed depending on season. Please ask if any doubts. The reason why captain and fuel cannot be included in the price is that LAW does not allow it. As per Bareboat charter operations, we have to give you options for captains and once you select the captain CHARTERER (person renting the boat) is responsible for paying the captain fee and fuel separate from the Getmyboat transaction. Captain fee and fuel fee have to be paid the day of the trip.

(PERCENTAGE TAKEN ON AVERAGE OF THE HOURLY RATE/% of RAIN OF THE TOTAL HOUR OF THE TRIP! 2. Winds 25 mph or higher on the day of the rental. (Average HOURLY during your rental period) based on Miami Beach as location. BASED ON GOOGLE WEATHER APP ONLY. - In any other case or situation it will require both parties to agree on a fair term. As a reference we use (hourly) GOOGLE WEATHER website • If agreed to go out, once the trip has started there will be not refunds or rescheduling (Unless spoken about it prior going out). *Cancelations due to weather conditions need to be done 6 hours prior to the departure of the trip. As a reference we use (hourly) GOOGLE WEATHER website. LATE CANCELLATION POLICY Charter is allowed to be Cancelled without refund if client is 30 min late or more. This is not our goal or intention but with tight schedules we cannot guarantee best service if client is very late.
