Jet Ski Fun on 2 Sea-Doo Sparks Ready to Ride!

1. Payment & Security Deposit • Full payment is required before rental begins. • A security deposit of $500 per ski ($1,000 total) • The deposit will be refunded within 24-48 hours after inspection, provided there are no damages or violations. 2. Rental Eligibility • Must be 18+ to rent and operate. • Renter must have a valid driver’s license. • A boating safety course may be required per Indiana law. • Renter assumes full responsibility for anyone operating the jet ski during the rental period. 3. Safety & Operation • Life jackets must be worn at all times. • Max weight capacity: 450 lbs per jet ski (best for 1-2 riders, max 3 if underweight limit). • No reckless riding, wake jumping near boats, or stunts beyond normal use. • Stay within Geist Reservoir boundaries—no off-lake usage. • No alcohol or drugs while operating the jet skis. • Must follow all Indiana boating laws and local regulations. 4. Damages & Liability • Renter is responsible for any damages to the jet ski during the rental. • If a jet ski is flipped, submerged, or beached, renter is liable for all repair costs. • If the jet ski is lost, stolen, or towed, the renter will be responsible for full replacement value. • Any damage fees will be deducted from the deposit, and any excess must be paid within 48 hours. 5. Cancellation & Refund Policy • Cancellations 48+ hours in advance = Full refund. • Cancellations within 24-48 hours = 50% refund. • Same-day cancellations/no-shows = No refund. • Weather cancellations (severe storms, high winds) = Full refund or reschedule. 6. Fuel Policy • Jet skis come with a full tank of gas. • Renter is responsible for refueling before returning or will be charged a $30 per ski refueling fee.
