**Yacht Rental Terms and Conditions** 1. **Booking and Payment:** • Full payment is due prior to the commencement of the rental period. 2. **Cancellation and Refunds:** • Cancellations made by the client are subject to forfeiture of the deposit. • In the event of cancellation by the yacht rental company due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions), a full refund or rescheduling option will be offered. 3. **Responsibility and Liability:** • The client assumes full responsibility for any damage to the yacht or its equipment caused by their actions or negligence during the rental period. • The yacht rental company shall not be liable for any injuries, accidents, or loss of personal belongings that occur during the rental period. 4. **Safety and Compliance:** • All passengers must adhere to safety instructions provided by the captain and crew. • Consumption of alcohol is permitted onboard, but in moderation and in accordance with UAE laws. • The client must comply with all local regulations and laws, including those related to safety, navigation, and environmental protection. 5. **Usage Restrictions:** • The yacht is for recreational use only and cannot be used for commercial purposes without prior agreement. • Pets are generally not allowed onboard unless specifically permitted by the yacht rental company. 6. **Late Arrival and Early Departure:** • The rental period begins and ends at the agreed-upon times. Late arrival does not entitle the client to an extension of the rental period. • No refunds will be provided for early departure unless agreed upon in advance. 7. **Weather Conditions:** • The yacht rental company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings in case of adverse weather conditions that may affect the safety of the passengers or the vessel. • In the event of cancellation due to weather, the client will be offered alternative dates or a refund. 8. **Additional Costs:** • Any additional services or expenses requested by the client during the rental period (e.g., catering, extra hours) will be charged accordingly. 9. **Dispute Resolution:** • Any disputes arising from the rental agreement will be resolved through negotiation and mediation, with legal action being a last resort.
