Rental Conditions Any adult who pays the rental price and the deposit for a vessel and has a valid boat leader's license and marine radio operating exam can rent a vessel. Prior to the rental, the charterer signs a contract in which the charterer guarantees that he or she: possesses practical knowledge to operate a vesselwill treat the boat and all its equipment carefullywill respect and observe all naval lawswill use the vessel only for vacation reasonswill not lend the vessel to any other personwill return the vessel on time to the charter base ... If the boat rental includes skipper's services, the charterer does not need a navigation permit and does also not have to pay a deposit and sign a contract since in this case, skipper bears the responsibility. Cancellation In case of cancellation, we keep the full amount of payments that have already been received. We recommend you insure yourself against Cancellation risk with your insurance company. Check-in and Check-Out The vessel can claimed in our charter base Marina Dalmacija in Bibinje-Sukošan, located 7 km south of Zadar and the Ancona-Zadar ferry route and 12 km from Zadar airport. Check-in day and time: Saturday after 5 pm.Check-out day and time: Saturday until 9 am.
