What Comes With Your Rental: Everything you need to get on the water will be included in your mobile paddle board rental. Your paddle board, paddle, life jacket, dry bag, and waterproof phone case will be included in your paddle board delivery. Please Respect Our Equipment: We offer our premium Paddle Board gear for all our rentals, guided tours, and experiences. Please make sure when starting or finishing your paddling, you are doing so in knee to waist-high water. This ensures that the board isn't touching the bottom and keeps our equipment in great shape for the next paddler. Carbon paddles are delicate and designed only for water. Please do not use them to push off rocks or other hard surfaces. If any gear is lost or broken, the cost to replace them is charged to the customer. Arrival: If you booked our Tour or Pre-Paddle Lesson, please arrive 15 minutes ahead of your scheduled time to prep. Cancellation Policy: If life gets in the way, just let us know at any time and we will reschedule, credit, or provide a refund. Weather Cancellations: We’re constantly monitoring the weather to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience. We will reschedule, credit, or provide a refund for any cancellations due to weather conditions. Late Arrival Policy: If you’re running late don’t sweat it! We’ll hold the boards for you for as long as we can but there’s always the possibility we need to deliver boards to the next customer. Please let us know and we’ll do everything possible to accommodate any unexpected delays! No shows will be charged. Late Board Return Policy: If you are late bringing the boards back, the first 5 minutes late are on us! We run a tight operation that delivers boards all day to wonderful people. If you bring your boards back late, it causes serious issues with our schedules and may affect the happiness of other wonderful guests.
