What to Expect: Explore Miami’s iconic destinations tailored to your preferences: - Star Island, Venetian Way, Palm Island, Hibiscus Island, Sunset Harbour, Biscayne Bay, luxurious homes, Picnic Island, Monument Island, Beer Can Island, Sandbar, Nixon Sandbar, and Marine Stadium. Yacht-Specific Notes: Our yachts adhere to legal speed limits, necessitating idle speed in most areas. Due to their size, they cannot access islands or sandbars, but we can facilitate close approaches for swimming. For a full sandbar experience, we recommend smaller boats or tenders. Typically, our yachts make one or two stops depending on timing and location. Sample Itineraries: For various trip durations: - 4 Hours: Explore Brickell, Biscayne Bay, Marine Stadium, and Hobbie Beach. Enjoy a scenic sunset cruise via Miami River with its stunning skyline. Visit Fisher Island, Star Island, and Venetian Islands, with a possible stop at Nixon Sandbar. - 6 Hours: Extend your adventure with leisurely stops to fully immerse in the beauty of Miami's waters. - All Trips: We accommodate tie-ups for large groups to maximize your time together, departing from the same marina. Rates: - 4 hours: $440 per hour for the boat + $400 hourly for gas, captain, and docking fees. - Total for 4 hours: $3,360 - Additional $300 charge on bookings from Friday to Sunday - 6 hours: $367 per hour for the boat + $333 hourly for gas, captain, and docking fees. - Total for 6 hours: $4,200 - Additional $400 charge on bookings from Friday to Sunday - 8 hours: $309 per hour for the boat + $281 hourly for gas, captain, and docking fees. - Total for 8 hours: $4,720 - Additional $500 charge on bookings from Friday to Sunday What to Bring: - Energy and positive vibes for an enjoyable journey! - Towels - Sunscreen - We provide ice, soda, and water. 50% refund up to 3 days prior.
Additional Terms & Information
1. Cancellation by the CHARTERER. This agreement is neither cancelable nor refundable. Should weather not permit safe charter conditions a rain check (credit for the full amount which was processed) will be issued for up to 1 year. Rescheduling is allowed at no additional cost up to 7 days prior to charter based on availability of new scheduled date (rates are subject to change). If the CHARTERER reschedules within 7 days a fee of $500 will be charged. If the CHARTERER reschedules within 72 hours of the agreed charter date and times a fee of $1500 will be charged. If the CHARTERER should cancel within 72 hours of the charter for any reason related to a personal situation the CHARTERER agrees to pay 50% of the charter fee. If the CHARTERER cancels within 24 hours of the charter the CHARTERER agrees to forfeit the entire charter cost. 2. Cancellation by the OWNER. If prior to the start date of the charter period, the Agreement is canceled in writing by the OWNER, all monies paid shall be held in the form of a full credit and the OWNER shall have no further liability whatsoever to the CHARTERER. Notwithstanding the foregoing, OWNER may cancel the charter at any time during or prior to the scheduled sailing day without refund if the charterer demonstrates a lack of skill, judgment, or misrepresentation of ability in the management, operation, or control of the Vessel.
