The customer service was exceptional. The staff provided a thorough orientation, ensuring we were comfortable and confident before setting out. For such a short notice to book, you worked with me and my large group providing the best experience possible. Captain and crew were very nice, helpful and friendly, laughed with us and overall just good people. I booked this boat for my best friend's birthday, Saw nothing but smiles on her face, that was the most important thing. Honestly thankful and grateful for the experience. Out of the week we all stayed in Rio, this day was the most memorable. Shout out to the Captain and his shipmate, we owe it to you! We'll definitely be back.
