Additional Terms & Information
By agreeing to the offer and submitting payment to the owner of the rental you are waiving your right to sue if injured on the rental in any way shape or form. The renter takes responsibility for any injuries that occur to anyone that uses or is hurt by the rental. If the Renter does not Return the rental by the Agreed time. The rental fee will be charged 100$ extra for each day it's late and 2000$ if the rental is not returned within a week of the agreed return time for the rental. Any cancellation that is after the 2-day rental window will be charged a cancelation fee of 35% of rental costs.
