If it's hot and sunny, wear shorts, a T-shirt, and apply high SPF sunscreen. On cooler days, opt for comfortable pants and a windbreaker ⊛ It is advisable to have a meal at least 1-2 hours before your scheduled workout to fuel your body and to stay hydrated, make sure to drink enough water What is prohibited: ⊛ Alcoholic drinks and safety violations are not permitted ⊛ The sailing instruction commences promptly, and it is imperative that you arrive on time, as no tardiness is permitted for sailing. ⊛ Swimming is not allowed during the sailing session or while on a sailing excursion ⊛ Physically challenged person with (diseases, fractures, dislocations) and pregnant woman ⊛ Inappropriate clothes and shoes (puffy or long dress and heels) ⊛ While cameras and phones are permitted, it's advisable to either tie them down or avoid carrying big cameras to avoid any responsibility ⊛ Drinking alcohol on a boat ⊛ Sailing experience without a vest What to keep in mind: ⊛ The Client and Participants agree to fully and strictly follow terms of this Contract, General Terms and any other document, guide or safety instruction (whether oral or written, given before or during the respective event) during the Services enjoyment (Event) ⊛ The Provider reserves the right to refuse providing the Service to the Client in general or to any of the Participants who refuses to sign/follow General Terms, or who is in a state of alcoholic, narcotic or toxic intoxication and/or provoking conflict situations, which may lead to the disruption of the Event, or who use any kind of water sports equipment in an unsafe way for themselves and for others. ⊛ We shall provide the safest conditions for delivering the Services. We shall carry out all acceptable orders given by the Client’s representatives, authorized Participants in everything related to the management of a sailing boat, as far as weather, wind and other conditions are suitable for it. However, the Provider will  not fulfill any orders of the Client’s representatives that do not comply with The International Regulations for Preventing Collisions at Sea 1972 (COLREGs), or orders that may delay the Event or interfere with the schedule, as well as put the safety of the sailing boat and its crew members at risk.  ⊛ The Provider reserves the right to unilaterally postpone (reschedule) the Service in case of unsafe weather/sailing conditions, including, but not limited to a strong wind or the conditions which is not safe for life of health of crew members, the Client and Participants according to the marina or port authorities or governmental acts, news or restrictions. In this case the Client shall agree with Provider on the new date of the particular Services provision in a good faith. ⊛ Our services are aimed at adults, but are also suitable for learners 15 years and over.
