SCHEDULING AND REFUND POLICY: Each session of the programs is open to a limited number of registrants. The policy is as follows: cancel Before 1 Month = 100% Refund; cancel in Less Than 1 Month = 50% Refund of the total cost of the charter; or cancel in 1 Week or Less = No Refund of the total cost of the charter. Holiday Policy Holiday dates are not refundable or changeable once booked unless your captain must cancel at which point you will be contacted and issued a 100% refund, credit, or option to reschedule as soon as possible. - Easter: Friday 3/29 – Sunday 3/31 - Mother’s Day: Friday 5/10 – Sunday 5/12 - Memorial Day: Friday 5/24 – Monday 5/27 - Father’s Day: Friday 6/14 – Sunday 6/16 - Independence Day: Thursday 7/4 – Sunday 7/7 - Labor Day: Friday 8/30 – Monday 9/2 - Columbus Day: Friday 10/11 – Monday 10/14 We reserve the right to cancel any tour at any time due to weather, safety, or mechanical issues. If your Tour is cancelled for these reasons, you will be given a FULL refund OR a RAIN CHECK to re-book at another time. This rule EXCLUDES behavioral and/or with drug or alcohol related cancellations – these cancelled events will never be rescheduled or refunded. For weather related issues, we may “wait out” a brief shower, reschedule for another day, or refund if unable to reschedule. “No Shows” will not be refunded or rescheduled. We will always do our best to accommodate your party and help you reschedule instead of cancel. If the captain needs to cancel due to weather, you will receive a 100% refund or you may choose to reschedule.
