Tours often sell out two weeks in advance. - Tickets must be purchased online to secure your spot. - No refunds within 48 hours of the scheduled cruise. - Cancel before 48 hours via our website FAQ (voicemail cancellations are not accepted). - Third-party bookings: We do not handle or guarantee refunds from outside booking companies. Arrival & Check-In - Arrive at least 30 minutes early to check in at South Waterfront Park (425 SW Montgomery St, Portland, OR) near the park benches. - Do not wait on the dock or attempt to board early—our crew will escort you. - Traffic & Parking: Expect downtown delays; use parking apps for nearby garages and paid street parking. Tour Policies - We start on time. Late arrivals forfeit their ticket and cost. - No outside food or drinks. We offer beer, wine, tropical ciders, and mocktails. - Debit/Credit accepted for onboard purchases; tips accepted via cash or Venmo. - Gratuities are appreciated (customary is 20%+ of ticket price, shared among the crew). - No smoking, vaping, or pets allowed. - Restrooms: Public restrooms available near the park. The boat has a limited-use lavatory (no solids/no TP). Weather & What to Bring - We sail rain or shine! Our waterproof palapa top provides cover. - No umbrellas (bring a raincoat if needed). - If unsafe conditions arise (e.g., lightning), we’ll notify you at least an hour before departure. If we cancel, you may rebook. - Dress appropriately: It’s cooler on the water—bring a hat, jacket, and possibly a blanket. - Life jackets are provided (bring your own for children under 12).
