We booked this boat ride for my sister’s bachelorette!! We had such a blast and the experience was amazing. Camila was super responsive and super nice. The captain daniel was super nice and took us to the city!

We had a lovely time—great captain! BUT… one of the boat’s 2 engines died when we were heading back to shore, which left us stranded in the river until we got help from another boat owner. The captain was fantastic staying calm and making the most of the situation and not letting it stress us out. Still, it was a lovely time, the boat is nice, and we loved our captain. We would be glad to rent again once they fix the engine!

(PERCENTAGE TAKEN ON AVERAGE OF THE HOURLY RATE/% of RAIN OF THE TOTAL HOUR OF THE TRIP! 2. Winds 25 mph or higher on the day of the rental. (Average HOURLY during your rental period) based on Miami Beach as location. BASED ON GOOGLE WEATHER APP ONLY. - In any other case or situation it will require both parties to agree on a fair term. As a reference we use (hourly) GOOGLE WEATHER website • If agreed to go out, once the trip has started there will be not refunds or rescheduling (Unless spoken about it prior going out). *Cancelations due to weather conditions need to be done 6 hours prior to the departure of the trip. As a reference we use (hourly) GOOGLE WEATHER website. LATE CANCELLATION POLICY Charter is allowed to be Cancelled without refund if client is 30 min late or more. This is not our goal or intention but with tight schedules we cannot guarantee best service if client is very late. If agreed to go out by both parties in the fair terms agreed in the booking details we are more than happy to carry on with the trip! CANCELATION POLICY 50% refund if the trip is canceled 7 days prior. 100% refund if: 1. 80% chance of rain or more (Average during your rental period) based on Miami Beach's location. RESCHEDULE POLICY Rescheduling no refund policy. while we do give the option to change the date of the trip, we do not give back any money if you might need to cancel again.
