Cancellation & Refunds: - Cancellations made at least 7 days in advance are eligible for a full Refund. - Cancellations made less than 7 days before departure are not eligible for refund. - If you are 30 mins late or more - Our team puts great effort into preparing your charter. If you arrive 30+ minutes late, your trip will be canceled with no refund. Please arrive on time to ensure the best experience. Capacity & Guests: - Maximum capacity: 10 guests. - All guests must follow the safety instructions provided by the captain and crew. Inclusions & Exclusions: - Included: Light snacks, soft drinks, and local beers. - Not Included: Premium alcoholic beverages, additional catering, or personal items (unless arranged separately). Behavior & Liability: - The renter is responsible for the behavior of all guests. Any damages to the vessel caused by negligence will be charged accordingly. - The captain has the right to terminate the trip without refund if guests engage in unsafe or inappropriate behavior, including excessive intoxication. Weather Policy: - Trips will proceed in light rain, but may be rescheduled in case of severe weather (captain’s discretion and Windfinder Pro APP). - If winds reach 25+ mph on the day of your rental (verified via WindFind Pro and Captain), both parties must agree on fair terms, as weather conditions can change, and significant planning goes into making your day special. If you choose to proceed despite severe weather, no refunds or reschedules will be provided. Check-in & Departure: - Guests must arrive at the designated departure point at least 30 minutes before the scheduled time. - Late arrivals may result in a shortened trip or forfeiture without refund. - There will be no refunds for no shows. Additional Services: - Special requests (e.g., extra catering must be arranged in advance and may incur additional charges.
