51' Coastal Cruiser Fun on the floating hotel on lake union

Fully equipped "perfect party boat" This vessel has a very unique layout with a huge upper deck and single floor interior layout complete with three staterooms, two bathrooms, kitchen and dinette which makes it like a floating hotel and perfect for slow cruising around or relaxing in a bay. The original design was for use on rivers so it's very comfortable on the lake and perfect for gatherings. Giant 35' upper deck with a 12'x14' flat area perfect for any occasion and with the bow area complete with seating everywhere is comfortable and usable. The boat comes with refrigerator, water, generator, sound system, cooler, and ice maker. All you need to do is bring your guests, food, beverages and excited attitude. Can be used anywhere between Elliott bay (where it's moored)and the locks, lake union and all of lake Washington. Possible additional items include a custom floating island, floating foam pads, kayaks, inflatable paddle boards, grill, full dj sound system, Dinghy shuttling, pick up from anywhere on lake union or Lake Washington.
