We take care of the loading and unloading, so all you have to do is show up, bring your coolers, and enjoy the ride! ABOUT THE BOAT: The Sun Tracker 20 DLX Party Barge is built for comfort and convenience, featuring a double one-piece Bimini top with mesh pockets, a super comfortable captain’s helm with seat-back storage, and "Happy Feet" flooring for a smooth, enjoyable ride. The Bluetooth stereo lets you set the vibe, while the Lowrance Fish Finder/GPS helps with water depth and temperature readings. Powered by a fuel-efficient 4-stroke Mercruiser engine, this pontoon reaches a max speed of 25 mph—perfect for a relaxed day on the lake. WHAT’S INCLUDED: This rental comes fully stocked with all required USCG safety gear, including 8 life jackets (with comfortable neoprene jackets available for children under 12, as required by law). Also included are an easy-to-set box anchor, dock lines, bumpers, and a lake map. WHAT’S NOT INCLUDED: Extras such as a cooler, ice, and lily mat are available—please inquire for details. Summer rates will increase, so be sure to check pricing in advance. Tips are not included but always appreciated. OTHER THINGS TO KNOW: - Boating experience is required for rental. A boater’s card is preferred but not necessary (discounts available for those with a boater’s card). - Must be 25 years of age, or 21 with pre-approval. - If you have a slip at the marina and want to moor the boat overnight, just ask—we offer overnight options! - For multi day options or longer than 8 hour rentals please send us an inquiry! What a great experience! Completely hassle free all the way around. Brian and his son had our 20 ft pontoon launched and ready for us when we arrived at the marina. He was very thorough when providing info about the vessel as well as the lake. Shared a couple of his favorite spots that he thought we'd enjoy. Went through a very simple rental contract onboard and turned us loose to enjoy our day on the water. Brian and his son we're professional but casual at the same time. Made us feel welcome and i really appreciated that. We will ABSOLUTELY go through Brian for our rental needs in the future! Great guy running a great business!

Deborah was very communicative and did her best to accommodate everything we needed. I appreciate everything you did for us. The boat was very clean and in good condition. I would only recommend this boat for smaller groups, weight is something to be very mindful of, and Deborah will tell you this herself.

We had an excellent time with Brian & his boat! We were a group of 4 adults & 3 children on Memorial Day weekend & everyone had a blast. Brian was great with the kids & brought all the fun boat toys including a tube, paddle board & knee board. We departed on time both days & he even helped get our cooler & bags loaded on to the boat. Communication was great & he gave us perfect directions on where to meet him & where to park. We felt very safe with Brian & appreciate all he did for us! Highly recommend!

We had a great time on this extremely clean and well equipped pontoon. Communication was timely and pick up and drop off as so easy! Hopefully we will be renting a pontoon again and if at all possible will definitely be renting from Brian.

Cancellation Policy: • Booking date - 7 days of rental date: a 75% refund • 3-7 days of Rental date: 50% refund • Within 3 days of rental date: 25% refund • Day of rental, cancellation 0% refund Pets are not allowed on the boat, only exceptions will be made solely at owners discretion. All fuel is at renters expense. Boat will arrive full and any used fuel will need to be replaced by renter or have had arrangements made for fuel reimbursement. No smoking allowed on vessel. No intoxicated drivers! Will result in loss of damage deposit. No renters under the age of 25 Any rental inquiry after 08:00 P.M. will not be responded to till the following day.
