The pontoon was ready and clean at the appointed time and there was help available for us in loading and a thorough explanation of the features. Julian responded promptly to our messages and was a very fair and considerate owner. We rent a pontoon each summer for a family outing and this was our best experience yet! We had requested a certain time slot but it overlapped another customer so Julian kindly responded with a modified time. It was one of the smoothest rentals I have ever had. The boat was in the water and fully fueled when we arrived and his crew was waiting for us when we returned. Just walked off.

AMAZING is how I would describe our experience with Captain Jim and his immaculately maintained boat. From booking through disembarking, Jim was accommodating, flexible and easy to work with. Not only is he excellent at piloting the boat, his outgoing and friendly nature creates an extremely welcoming, comfortable atmosphere. The spacious seating area allowed our “crew” of 8 long-time friends ample room to spread out. We cruised Lake Minnetonka, some for the first time, and Jim provided an exceptional tour. All in all it was a spectacular afternoon that I recommend and will do again! Thank you Captain Jim!!!

Fantastic night on the lake! Beautiful boat. Jim was an amazing captain and host. Reached out to see what we needed and was very flexible and responsive! We had 8 people, but easily fits 10 or 12+. Spacious deck with room for 3 or 4 on each side sitting area (left side and right side), plus room for 4-6 along the back. Fun lounge area on the front of the boat (on top of the interior), and nice interior and bathroom. Leaving from the dock at his house on Lake Minnetonka was super convenient, with plenty of parking for our group. Completely effortless and wonderful night. Highly recommend!
