It’s really up to each group, however most people want to do a combination of dolphin watching, island hopping, sightseeing, shelling on sandbars, swimming, etc. Let the Captain know what you want to do and where you want to go and enjoy your boat day. WHERE WILL YOU PICK US UP? We have multiple docking locations to pick you up. Before your trip we will let you know the most convenient location based on your travel plans or hotel location. What can we bring? Storage space is in short supply on board so please limit items to towels, phones and any other necessary personal items. There are dry spaces on board for cameras and anything else you want to keep dry. Can we bring our own alcohol? Yes, however for the safety of our guests and care of the boat, we do not allow hard liquor or red wine on the boat. We want you to enjoy your time, however we require responsible drinking and respectful behavior at all times. Please no glass bottles if possible. Do you have a cooler on board? Yes, we have a small cooler with ice provided for your convenience. Please feel free to bring your own small cooler for more capacity if necessary. No Styrofoam coolers please. Do you have music on the boat? Yes, you can connect your device (phone/Ipod) to our sound system using Bluetooth. CAN WE BRING FOOD OR SNACKS? Yes, you may bring sandwiches or snacks (please nothing greasy or that might stain), or we can take you to eat at waterfront restaurants if desired. CAN WE SMOKE ON BOARD? No, for safety reasons, there is no smoking allowed on board the boat. What should we wear? The temperature may change quickly while on the water. Please watch the weather and bring appropriate clothing. In fall, winter and spring months, please bring something warm to wear just in case. DO I NEED SEA SICKNESS MEDICATION? We make every effort to make sure your boat day will be smooth. Because of the inherent nature of boating, and because weather conditions change, we will experience some waves and motion. We do not provide sea sickness medication. WHAT KIND OF WILDLIFE WILL WE SEE? The barrier islands and surrounding waterways are filled with lots of creatures that swim, crawl and fly. It is possible we will see dolphins, sea turtles, manatees, rays, fish, Osprey, crabs and more. IS THERE A BATHROOM ON BOARD? No. Please ask all guests to use the bathroom before departing. If you need to go to the bathroom while out on the water, you’ll need to go in the water, or the captain can take the group to a nearby island, marina or restaurant. SHOULD WE TIP THE CAPTAIN? It is always appreciated. We recommend the same % you would give at restaurant. WHAT IF THE WEATHER IS BAD AND WE CAN’T GO BOATING? We will try to reschedule your boat day if possible. If that is not an option, you get a full refund. WHAT IS THE REFUND POLICY? If you need to cancel for any reason, just let us know at least 24 hours in advance and you will get a full refund. DO YOU HAVE LIFE JACKETS? Yes, we have all coast guard required safety equipment with lots of life jackets for everyone on board and all sizes for children, including infants. You are welcome to bring your own if you would like to.
