Rental Periods Weekly charter starts at 17:00 on Saturday and ends at 17:00 on Friday. (Accommodation on the boat until 9:00 am on Saturday is also included in the weekly rental contract.) Yacht delivery The captain must have a valid sailing license or proof of past sailing experience. The minimum license valid for Turkish citizens is ADB. (Amateur Seaman's Certificate). In addition, the Port Authority requires KMT (Short Range Radio) document at all exits. All our yachts are thoroughly cleaned and checked before each tour. Before the tour, you will be presented with a complete list of materials on the boat. On your return, the boat will be picked up on the same list. Our personnel in charge of the operation provide necessary information about your boat's equipment and fixtures during the boat delivery. In the delivery of the yacht, fuel and water tanks are delivered as "Full" and waste water tanks are delivered as "Empty". After the tour, the customer should fill the fuel tank by entering the fuel station, empty the waste water tanks at the wastewater collection stations of the marinas, take their receipts and deliver them to the shipowner. It can also deliver empty water tanks. Insurance All yachts and catamarans in our company are insured against all damages and third parties, with exemption from the amount of deposit. Transit log formalities Transit log taken from the port authority based on your crew list is mandatory for every charter. In order for us to prepare all the necessary procedures on time, at least one week before the start of the tour, you must have submitted the following documents correctly and completely: • Completely completed crew list with name, surname, place of birth, date of birth, nationality, ID number and address. • Captain's valid seaman and radio operating certificate • Registration and payments are different for our customers who want to leave Turkish territorial waters and enter the Greek Islands. Please let us know in advance if you are going to visit Greece. Our responsibility • It is the responsibility of our company to carry out all necessary organizations for the specified services and tour details. • All service providers we use to fulfill the services promised in our agreements operate as independent companies and are not affiliated with our company. • In addition, all the services provided are under the responsibility of our company and We carries the service quality guarantee we have committed to all our customers. • All travel documents issued by our company is subject to the terms and conditions specified by the laws of Turkey. • In the event that the contracted services cannot be performed for any reason beyond our company's control, our company is obliged to provide an option with the same quality and comfort. Cancellation conditions In case of cancellation, we have to deduct a cancellation fee of €200.
