• In case of operator cancellation due to weather conditions, other unforeseen circumstances, or not meeting minimum capacity for tour, customers will either receive a full refund or be eligible to reschedule at no charge. • Private charter cancellations must be made via phone at least 1 week (7 days) before tour for a complete refund. 50% Partial refund if cancellation is less than 1 week (7 days), and if less than 24 hours will be charged full price. • PADI eLearn Fees are non-refundable once assigned
