- Weather Cancellation: - Safety is my top priority. In case of unsafe weather conditions (e.g., high winds, storms), I may need to cancel or reschedule the trip. If we must cancel due to weather, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule. - Late Arrivals & No-Shows: - Please aim to arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time. If you are more than 30 minutes late without prior notice, the trip may be shortened or canceled. No-shows will be charged the full amount. - Safety Considerations: - All passengers must follow safety instructions at all times. Life jackets are provided and must be worn when instructed. Alcohol consumption is permitted in moderation, but for safety reasons, the captain reserves the right to limit it if needed. - Boat Rules: - No smoking is allowed in the boat. - Please respect the boat and equipment. Any intentional damage caused may incur additional charges. - Pets are allowed only by prior arrangement. - Cancellation Policy: - Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the trip will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the trip are non-refundable, except in the case of weather-related cancellations. - Health & Safety: - Passengers should be in good health. If you have any medical conditions, please inform me ahead of time. The boat is equipped with basic first-aid, and I am trained in emergency procedures.
