Pleasant, SC, at Water's Edge Restaurant. - Boarding Time: Please arrive 30-45 minutes early to secure parking and complete check-in. Boarding typically begins 15 minutes before the scheduled departure. - Parking: Limited free parking is available. If you dine at Water’s Edge before the sail, they will validate your parking. Paid parking options are also nearby. - Capacity: The Palmetto Breeze can accommodate up to 100 guests. - Age Restrictions: Certain events may have age restrictions (e.g., 21+ for events with alcohol). Please check the event details. Rules: - No Outside Alcohol: We provide a fully customizable bar service; outside alcohol is not permitted. - No Smoking: Smoking is prohibited onboard to ensure the safety and comfort of all guests. - Children Supervision: No children under 6 are allowed. All children must be supervised by an adult at all times. - No Pets: To ensure a comfortable environment for all guests, pets are not allowed onboard. - Respect the Crew and Guests: Please be courteous to the crew and other passengers to maintain a positive atmosphere. - Safety First: Our crew will provide a safety briefing before departure. Life jackets are available for all guests. - Mobility Issues: Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate guests with mobility issues due to the design of the dock and entrance. Cancellation and Weather Policy: - Cancellation by Customer: - - Public Sails: Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the sail will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours of the sail will not be refunded. - Private Charters: Cancellations made more than 10 days before the scheduled charter will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 10 days of the event will not be refunded. - No-Shows: No-shows will be charged the full price of the sail or event. - Weather-Related Cancellations: - - The captain reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a sail due to extreme weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, customers will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
