- Important Information Before Boarding 1. The captain will address all of your guests about safety first. It’s real important that everyone is paying attention. We take the safety of our guests very seriously. 2. You must take off your shoes before enter the boat. 3. You must ask the captain which is the smoking area. 4. Smoking is not allowed inside the cabin. 5. Hookahs are not allowed. 6. Federal Law limits the maximum amount of guests allowed on a Recreational Bareboat Charter is 13. Kids count towards the total of 13. The captain and crew DO NOT COUNT. 7.The boat has a Bluetooth surround sound system for your enjoyment. A crew member will assist you in getting you connected. Once connected we will set the stereo at a safe volume. If the volume needs to be adjusted a crew member will assist you. Cancellation Policy We refund 100% of your money if: - Trip is cancelled 10 days before the scheduled reservation. NO SHOW Wait time will be 55 minutes from scheduled time, after this time we will consider it a “NO SHOW” and we’ll apply the related cancellation policy, and no refund will be issue. Non-Cancellable Conditions: If there is a light rain, we will still go out! We do our best to contact our guests as early as possible to let you know if we will be unable to operate any of our scheduled tours. Isolated or Scattered showers, overcast conditions or a forecasted "chance of rain" are not considered cancellable weather conditions (Normal in Miami during summer months; May-Sept). News stories or media coverage that highlight a current event or sensationalize local developments with weather, tourism risks, medical risks, or other travel related "warnings" that are not official state or federal restrictions to travel are not considered cancellable. If you have not received a call and/or email from us prior to boarding, you can assume your tour has not been cancelled. The captain has the final decision in determining if a charter must be rescheduled due to extreme weather. Rain does not constitute grounds for cancellation or rescheduling. Please understand that our crew monitors the weather closely. I will contact you! Please arrive 15 minutes prior to scheduled reservation time to ensure an on-time departure (no additional time will be allotted).
