Cancellation Policy We understand that plans can change, and we strive to offer flexibility while protecting our business from losses due to last-minute cancellations or no-shows. By booking with us, you agree to the following cancellation policy: 1. Cancellations by the Customer •Cancellations Made 72 Hours or More Before the Scheduled Activity: You will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule your booking at no additional cost. •Cancellations Made Between 72 and 24 Hours Before the Scheduled Activity: You will receive a 50% refund or the option to reschedule your booking, subject to availability. •Cancellations Made Less Than 24 Hours Before the Scheduled Activity: No refund will be issued, and rescheduling is not available. 2. No-Shows If you do not show up for your scheduled activity, no refund will be issued, and rescheduling will not be available. A no-show is considered a cancellation within 24 hours. 3. Late Arrivals Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the start of your activity. If you are late and miss the departure, no refund will be issued. Rescheduling may be offered at our discretion, subject to availability. 4. Changes to Reservations •Changes Made 72 Hours or More Before the Scheduled Activity: You may reschedule your booking or change participant details at no cost, subject to availability. •Changes Made Between 72 and 24 Hours Before the Scheduled Activity: Changes will incur a 20% rebooking fee, and any rescheduling is subject to availability. •Changes Made Less Than 24 Hours Before the Scheduled Activity: No changes can be made, and no refund will be issued. 5. Cancellations We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule activities due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be offered the choice to reschedule or receive a full refund. 6. Weather Policy Our activities run rain or shine, except in the case of severe weather conditions that would make it unsafe to proceed. In such cases, our company will determine whether to cancel or reschedule the activity. If we cancel due to weather, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule. 7. Chargebacks By booking with us, you agree to this cancellation policy. We take chargebacks seriously and will dispute any chargebacks that do not comply with the terms of this policy. We recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover any unexpected changes to your plans.
