[DONT’s] - No Drugs: Do not bring any drugs, including 420. - No Glass Beer Bottles: Cans are safer, so please leave glass beer bottles at home. - No Glass Dishware: Avoid bringing glass dishware for safety reasons. - No Stain Risks: Refrain from bringing items like red wine, blueberries, or flowers that could cause stains. - No Littering: Keep the boat and water clean; cigarette butts are considered litter too. - No Jumping: Do not jump off the boat while it’s moving. Booking Policy Changes and Cancellations by Us Your safety is our top priority. If we deem it unsafe to go out on the day of your trip due to weather or mechanical issues, we reserve the right to change or cancel the trip. This decision could be made up to 12 hours before your departure. In such cases, we will contact you via email or phone to arrange an alternative date. If rescheduling isn’t an option for you, a full refund will be issued, no questions asked. Changes and Cancellations by You You can modify your reservation without any additional fees up to 14 days before your trip. If you cancel within this period, you’ll receive a full refund. However, cancellations made less than 14 days before your trip, as well as no-shows and late arrivals, will not be refunded. Delays caused by a previous trip or seasickness during the trip are also not eligible for refunds. Failure to adhere to the Captain’s rules or the Do’s and Don’ts will result in the immediate termination of your trip without a refund. Refunds Refunds will be processed to your credit card within 2-3 business days after the scheduled trip date for weather or mechanical-related cancellations, as well as for customer cancellations made up to 14 days prior to the trip. Video and Photography Release By booking with us, you grant us the irrevocable right to use photographs and/or video recordings of you for our website, social media, and promotional materials, without the need for your approval of the final product. All media files will remain our property.
