IRefund & Cancellation policy - In case the client cancels within 3 days before departure, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged for day and overnight charters and 100% on half day or sunset cruises! - Less then 3 days before departure 100% will be retained! - The company reserves the right to cancel/postpone the trip due to unforeseen circumstances (such as weather). If the company cancelled because of bad weather conditions, the departure can be rescheduled within 72 hours, or the client can change to a later date, or full refund will be returned.
