We had the best day sailing with Captain Ed and Joan - part of Captain Pam’s crew! They kept us safe and worry free. We celebrated on Glory Days with a surprise engagement party, could not have been better experience! Captain Ed helped us maintain the surprise in the dock.

Our sailing experience was everything we had hoped for. The communication was easy, the details of the trip were exactly as described, and Captain Ed & Joan were a pleasure to be with. Our 3 young grandchildren (10, 8 & 6) were all given a sailing lesson and the two oldest helped bring in the sails. I highly recommend this experience.

I booked with captain Pam to take a group of employees out on the bay for Fleet Week. Our group had a wonderful time on the water, especially those visiting from out of town. Communication, planning, pick-up/drop off were all super smooth. Boat was a great size: big enough for group but small enough to experience some of the excitement of sailing. Would definitely recommend and book again for an excursion.

We had an absolutely terrific time! Captain Aidan and Captain Montgomery were both prompt, friendly, and so knowledgeable in navigating us through the Bay. The boat is beautiful, with plenty of room for our entire party of 25+ to enjoy. Our group had an amazing night sailing, drinking, and having fun. We were able to bring lots of snacks and a speaker onboard to enjoy some music as well. Even though we had an evening charter on a foggy day, the views were phenomenal and the wind was not a problem. Our captains made sure to guide us through the weather properly. We even saw a dolphin and a sea lion! I can not thank Captain Pam and her team enough!
This was the perfect ending to a weekend long wedding party. We had a group from several countries for a final event. Every thing was perfect. As soon as we cleared the harbour, the sails went up. Great view of the Golden Gate Bridge and San Francisco. Crew was fantastic even if we had multiple languages. Great time and highly recommend chartering Glory Days!
Pamela learned to sail small boats as a child at her grandparents' cabin on Pelican Lake in Minnesota. In 1989 she moved to the Bay Area and began sailing larger boats on the San Francisco Bay and the California Coast. In 1993 she sailed out through the Golden Gate Bridge on a four year sailing adventure, cruising from Northern California to Mexico, Costa Rica through the Panama Canal. She explored the historic Spanish Main and Columbia, as well as all the Windward, Leeward and ABC Islands in the sunny Caribbean. In 1997 Pam returned to live in Sausalito, working as Port Captain for a large sailing charter company in San Francisco. After a year long search for the perfect charter boat Pam found "Glory Days" in Panama City, Florida. In early 1999 she brought "Glory Days" to the Bay area and established the company.
