Payment and Cancellation Policies: If the cancellation is due to us: -Your safety is our first priority. If we need to cancel due to weather, or ocean conditions, we will work with you to change the date, or refund the trip in full. If the cancellation is due to a change in your plans: -All fishing reservations require a deposit and include a $50 non-refundable service fee. -Cancellations should be carried out at least 5 days before your scheduled tour for a full refund minus the service fee. -Cancellations made less than 5 days prior to a booked tour are eligible for a 50% refund. -Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled booking or a no-show is not eligible for a refund. We know things happen and plans change. We will do our best to work with you on trying to change dates and make accommodations.
