We will work with you to reschedule your rental for the next available date that is convenient for both parties. 3. The renter is responsible for any damages caused by the group during the rental period. 4. Liability: While we take every precaution to ensure the safety of our customers, we cannot be held liable for any accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings that may occur during the rental period. By renting our boat, you acknowledge and assume all risks associated with boating activities. 6. Late Returns: The boat must be returned on time to avoid additional charges. Late returns may result in a fee equivalent to the hourly rental rate. By proceeding with the boat rental, you agree to these terms and conditions.
