1. A 5 day notice is required for any cancelations. 2. No pets allowed on property  3. Absolutely NO drinking & Driving  4. I agree to maintain a safe speed/monitor surroundings/drive defensively/no aggressive maneuvers  5. I agree to maintain a safe distance from other boats, objects and people  6. I agree to not enter the water without a lifejacket on, engine turned off and key removed  7. I agree to conduct a head count before starting the engine  8. I agree to always remain seated while the boat is in motion 9. I agree to absolutely no sitting on the bow, sides or stern (except inflatable portion with grasping onto something) 10. I understand the importance of attaching the engine shut-off cord/lanyard  11. I agree to follow engine start and shut-off procedures  12. I understand the dangers of CO2  13. Refueling procedures and engine blower use (if applicable)  14. I understand how to properly wear a lifejacket (including the size requirements for each one)  15. I understand to sound five blasts of the horn or whistle to signal danger or need for assistance  16. I understand boats do not have brakes – stopping the engine will not stop the boat  17. I understand proper boat anchoring procedures (if applicable)  18. I agree to follow navigation rules – local laws, regulations, hazards and navigational markers  19. I agree to enjoy towing sports safety, if allowed (i.e. water skiing, wake boarding, tubing)  20. I agree to not exceed the maximum # of persons allowed on the boat  21. I agree to not board more than the # of persons entered on rental contract 22. I agree to NOT consume ALCOHOL or DRUGS if operating vessel at ANY time
