Safety Guidelines: Please comply to the guidelines provided by our experienced captain and crew to ensure a secure and enjoyable journey. Your safety is our top priority. ​2. Release of Liability: In the spirit of adventure, you agree to release and discharge our company from any claims arising out of loss or damage to your personal belongings or injury during your charter. ​3. Alcohol: Toast to the journey. We will be providing alcohol during your charter to make your trip more enjoyable, however we request everyone to be responsible. No drugs or smoking will be allowed on board. In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a charter due to circumstances beyond our control, such as severe weather conditions or unforeseen events, we will make every effort to reschedule your charter at a mutually agreeable time and date. If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund of your deposit will be made to you.  4. Changes to the Charter Date: We will be happy to make any adjustments to your reservation as long as the date you are requesting is available. ​5. Waiver Policy - Your Safety, Our Priority!
