Fuel Policy: - The boat will be provided with a full tank of gas. Renters are responsible for refueling the boat at the end of the rental period or paying a fuel surcharge that will be paid from deposit at fuel cost plus 10%. Operating Hours: - Rentals are available from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM daily. Additional hours may be negotiated in advance, subject to availability. **Cancellations:** - Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the scheduled rental time will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 72 hours will incur a 50% fee. Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a 100% fee and no refund will be provided. Driver/Operator: - Renters must be at least 25 years old with a valid boating license or proof of completing a boater safety course.
