Not allowed through the Ballard locks. No salt water! Pets negotiable case by case. ...Boat launched at Couloon park in Renton and returned same location. Will launch at other lake's as well! Price...$125.00 a hour and that includes fuel cost. 4 hours minimum booking $300 cleaning fee on all rentals returned not in a respectful manner. Ex: food , stains
