Boat Rental Policy - Reservations and Payments: - - All reservations must be made at least 12 hours in advance. - The total rental cost is required to confirm the reservation. - Cancellations: - - Cancellations made with at least 48 hours' notice will receive a full refund. - Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will result in a 50% retention of the advance payment. - Cancellations due to adverse weather conditions will be rescheduled or receive a 70% refund. - No-shows and Tardiness: - - Customers who fail to show up at the agreed time without prior notice will forfeit the advance payment, and the reservation will be considered canceled. - A grace period of 15 minutes will be allowed for late arrivals. After this time, the reservation will be considered canceled, and no refunds will be issued. - Liability and Safety: - - Customers are responsible for the safety of the boat and for complying with all maritime and safety regulations. - A brief orientation on the safe use of the boat will be required before departure. - Damages and Losses: - - Customers are responsible for any damage caused to the boat during the rental period. - A refundable security deposit will be withheld at the time of booking to cover potential damages. The deposit will be returned once the boat is inspected and confirmed to be undamaged. - Age and License: - - Drivers must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid boating license, if applicable. - Usage Restrictions: - - Consumption of drugs during the rental period is prohibited. - The boat must be operated within specified geographical limits and according to safe weather conditions.
