IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THE DESCRIPTION!!!!!! ⚓ The Ultimate Day on the Water: Set sail on your private vessel, equipped with all the amenities for a day of pure bliss. Cruise along the crystal-clear waters of Miami, soaking in the breathtaking skyline views before reaching the iconic Haulover Sand Bar. • 3 Hours: $540 • 4 Hours: $650 • 5 Hours: $750 • 6 Hours: $850 Captains fee $50 per hour Tips are welcome :) CAPTAIN SELECTION REGULATIONS: Our boats come with the selection of qualified Captains/Boat Operators. However, by LAW once you book the boat we will provide a list of qualified captains for you to choose from. Owners of the boats are not allowed to collect fees for captain services, it is the renter's responsibility to hire a captain and pay the crew. Again, we will recommend you a captain. HOLIDAYS: Holiday prices are subject to increase. ON BOARD: • Sound System • Towels • Life Jackets BOAT LOCATION: - Pick up and drop off will take place in Hallandale Beach. - Other pick-up locations are subject to extra cost. BOARDING/PARKING: - Please arrive 15-20 min prior the scheduled time. Charter will begin at the agreed time. CHARTER SCHEDULE: • Morning rental start time between 9am and 11:30am (please send inquiry if you would like to customize your trip time) • Afternoon rental start time between 2:30pm and 5pm (please send inquiry if you would like to customize your trip time) • Charter time will begin at the agreed pick-up time BOAT RULES: • Abnormal behavior will result to termination of the charter without a refund. • Renters must respect the boat and the Crew • No animals • No access to the open ocean • No smoking • No paper in the toilet CANCELATION POLICY AND WEATHER: Reservations can be canceled or changed 5 days prior to the booking date. Other times non-cancelable nor refundable. Should weather not permit safe charter conditions you will receive a rain check/credit to use at any later date or a full refund. BOAT BREAKDOWN: Our boats are well maintained. However, we are not protected from a vessel breakdown. In case the boat becomes unfit for the charters, we have the right to provide a replacement boat in the same class or better. In case of a boarding delay causing boat repair, renter will be compensated for the wait time. BAD WEATHER DEFINITION: • Heavy Rain/Wind/Storm - Bad Weather • Light Rain or Cloudy Sky - Does not consider bad weather.
